Treatment Rooms

Featuring five tranquil treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite, The Ritz-Carlton Spa Fukuoka offers a serene sanctuary adorned with elegant rattan furnishings and natural-fiber wall coverings that evoke warmth and calm.

Following a personalized consultation, our skilled therapists will recommend the treatment best suited to your needs. Set within a harmonious space that gracefully blends Japanese refinement with contemporary Western comfort, each experience invites you to relax deeply and restore balance to both body and mind.

Available to both hotel guests and non-staying visitors, with services offered to guests aged 16 and above. Advance reservations are highly recommended to ensure your preferred time and treatment; however, walk-in appointments may be accommodated subject to availability.

Poolside Relaxation

Dive into luxury at our stunning indoor swimming pool, where a 25-metre (82-foot) oasis awaits you. Bask in the tranquillity of crystal-clear waters while soaking in breathtaking panoramic views of the Hakata Bay.

The pool is maintained at a soothing 32°C, providing a comfortable environment for swimming year-round featuring six reclining loungers, four poolside mats, and one relaxation bed, allowing guests to unwind between swims. (Subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Pool Access Fees (up to two hours per day, per person):

Guests aged 16 and above: ¥3,795 (inclusive of tax and service charge)
Children aged 4-15: ¥1,265 (inclusive of tax and service charge), when accompanied by an adult
Children under 4 years old: Not permitted for safety reasons

For guest convenience, we provide kickboards, arm floats, and joy balls. Inflatable rings are not permitted. Swimwear rentals are available for ¥840 per use. Swimming goggles are not available for rental but may be purchased for ¥3,080.

To maintain a peaceful spa and pool environment, the use of mobile phones, electronic devices, and cameras is not permitted within the spa facilities.

Heat Experience: Sauna & Steam Room

Guests can unwind in a soothing dry sauna or envelop themselves in the gentle warmth of a steam room, allowing the body to warm from the core while easing tension before any spa treatment.

Featuring a dry sauna heated to 88°C (184°F) and a steam room maintained at 45°C (113°F) for gentle, soothing warmth. After your session, refresh and cool down in the mint-scented experience shower located adjacent to the sauna, designed to invigorate the senses and restore balance. Access to the Heat Experience is available exclusively to guests aged 16 and above, ensuring a calm and relaxing spa environment.

Fitness Centre

Day or night, the floor-to-ceiling views of skyline Fukuoka can fuel any workout session in our 24-hour Fitness Centre.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, access to the fitness facility is available to guests aged 16 and above. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult while using the facility.

Relaxation Room

After your treatment, guest is invited to continue the moment of tranquility in our refreshment room, where light refreshments are thoughtfully prepared. Take your time to relax, unwind, and savor the lingering sense of calm, allowing the benefits of your spa experience to gently unfold.
